Bilevel Therapy
Bilevel therapy, also known as BiPAP (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure), is a type of respiratory therapy commonly used to treat breathing disorders, particularly sleep-related breathing conditions like sleep apnea.

Bilevel therapy works similarly to CPAP therapy but with an added feature of delivering two different levels of air pressure: a higher pressure during inhalation and a lower pressure during exhalation. This dual-pressure approach helps individuals with more severe breathing difficulties.

The Bilevel machine is connected to a mask through a flexible tube. The machine delivers a higher pressure when you inhale, which helps open your airway, and then switches to a lower pressure when you exhale, making it easier for you to breathe out comfortably.
The mask for Bilevel therapy is similar to CPAP therapy and is available in different styles, such as nasal masks or covering both the nose and mouth, depending on your needs and preferences.
